Tracy M. Costanzo is a member of the Florida Bar whose practice is dedicated to estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She brings more than two decades of experience in the trusts and estates field, having worked in nearly every aspect of estate and trust administration before becoming an attorney. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from SUNY at Buffalo and her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Estate Planning and was recognized as an Order of the Barristers member. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, P.A., Tracy practiced probate, trust, and guardianship administration in South Florida, representing primarily high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Her experience includes administering complex estates and trusts from initial client intake through final accounting and discharge, preparing federal estate and gift tax returns, establishing and funding trusts, and guiding fiduciaries through every stage of the administration process. Tracy’s unique background as a former Certified Paralegal, Fiduciary Administrator, and now attorney provides her with a practical and comprehensive perspective that clients find invaluable during what can often be a difficult and emotional time.
Known for her attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and client-centered approach, Tracy is committed to helping individuals and families navigate estate and trust matters with confidence and clarity. Her extensive experience in wealth transfer planning, trust administration, and fiduciary matters allows her to provide thoughtful guidance while ensuring each client’s goals and family legacy remain at the forefront of every matter.
Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys testing her knowledge with Jeopardy, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and visiting Disney Parks with family and friends.
