Kay Snyder holds the honorary title of Firm Administrator Emeritus, recognizing her decades of dedicated service and invaluable contributions to Snyder & Snyder, P.A. Since joining the firm in 1996, Kay played an integral role in the firm’s growth and success, serving as both Office Manager and Probate Assistant while helping countless clients navigate important life transitions with compassion, professionalism, and care.

A graduate of the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Kay began her career as a teacher in both public and private schools before bringing her talents to Snyder & Snyder. Throughout her years with the firm, she became known for her warm personality, unwavering commitment to client service, and ability to make every client feel welcomed and supported. She is also proficient in sign language and has generously volunteered her skills interpreting for members of the hearing-impaired community.

Born and raised on a small farm in upstate New York, Kay met and married William “Bill” Snyder in 1971 and has called South Florida home ever since. Her commitment to service extends well beyond the office. Over the years, she has been actively involved with the Old Davie School Historical Society, the South Florida Trail Riders Equestrian Club, and Soroptimist International of Davie, where she served as President and championed programs benefiting women and children both locally and globally.

Today, while enjoying a well-earned retirement, Kay remains a cherished member of the Snyder & Snyder family. Her legacy of kindness, dedication, and service continues to shape the culture of the firm and inspire those who have had the privilege of working alongside her. She is the proud mother of two accomplished children, who remain her greatest joy and source of pride.
