Kimberly K. Muenter, is a member of both the Florida and Maryland Bars, concentrating her practice in probate, trust administration, and estate planning. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, P.A., Kimberly successfully owned and managed her own elder law and estate planning practice, serving clients throughout the Tampa and Lakewood Ranch areas. With more than 25 years of legal experience, she brings both technical knowledge and a compassionate approach to helping families navigate the legal and practical challenges that arise following the loss of a loved one.

Kimberly advises personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries through all stages of probate and trust administration. She is known for her ability to simplify complex legal matters, providing clear guidance and practical solutions while ensuring that a client’s wishes and family legacy are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys traveling with her family, is a dedicated reader, and an enthusiastic Mahjong player.
